Worked in domestic and multinational pharmaceutical companies on Antibiotic, Blood product, excipients, IVD and Mab for 30 years, with experiences on R&D, RA, manufacturing and quality management. Currently works as Executive Quality Director of 3SBio Inc., and serves as the current Vice Chairman of the Biomedicine Committee of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association and the Director of Shanghai Association for Quality.

先后在国内外抗生素、血液制品、药用辅料、体外诊断试剂和单抗药物生产企业工作，拥有三十年药品研发、注册、生产、质量管理经验。现任三生制药集团执行质量总监、上海药学会生化药物专业委员会副主任委员、上海市质量协会理事。
