Lily’s professional experience in operations stretches back over two decades in the US and Asia Pacific region especially in China. At present, she is primarily responsible for developing logistics strategies, turbo charging eCommerce growth, bringing excellence to the operations of warehouses and transportation, leading key initiatives including customer engagement, to support business growth and business model changes across all business sectors.

Prior to that, Lily had a diversified path from research and product development, to business development and sales management, to operations, supply chain and logistics at Rohm and Haas, adidas and Schneider Electric.

Following getting her B.S. from Peking University, Lily obtained a PhD in Chemistry from Brigham Young, and MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

• 确定中国的物流战略包括网络设计
• 强力提速电商发展；建立新业务渠道的供应链物流模式并实现高标准运营
• 领导大客户合作项目，提升供应链价值，推进行业下一波的深度发展。
