Marcus Andersson serves as the Head of Supply Chain & Commercial Operations at Wyeth Nutrition. In this role Marcus oversees the Supply Chain and fist level sales and distributor management of and RMB 11 billion FMCG company for the Greater China Region. Marcus has over 16 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and operations across North America, Europe and Asia. Moreover, his specialties include Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, performance improvement, LEAN, Team development and coaching.

Marcus began his career in Nestle Switzerland as an internal management consultant where he gained deep knowledge from multiple businesses across the world. Marcus later worked as Logistics manager and Director of Logistics Operations in North America over a period of 8 year. During his tenure the distribution centers improved productivity by 20% and significantly elevated service levels to customers. Marcus later held the role of Supply Chain Lead at Wyeth Nutrition, based in Ireland. In this role Marcus lead a team of 100 people, being responsible for all Supply Chain activities from Procurement, Planning, Logistics and network design. 

A native of Sweden, Marcus has a BSc in mechanical Engineering and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Uppsala University and MDH in Sweden. Marcus has lived and operated in Shanghai, China since 2017.
