于2015年1月至今担任上海罗森便利有限公司副总经理一职。

拥有超过30年的专业经历，是最早一批的资深市场人。有相当丰富的快消品、零售业、餐饮连锁和商社贸易等行业经验；也有过跨国和国内领先消费品企业以及便利店很多年专注的经历；在经营层面上管理操盘，在战略制定、品牌建立、市场拓展、营销推广、品管风控、媒体PR以及政府联络协调等诸多方面有实务操作实践，深谙经营管理。

1986年先毕业于上海交通大学机械工程系，后1999年毕业于英国利物浦大学MBA。

He has been VP of Shanghai Lawson for almost three years since January 2015 onwards.

He has more than 30 years expertise. He is the one of the first senior marketing professional pioneering marketing practices on FMCG, retail, F&B chain restaurants and MNC trading of course has gained much experience respectively. Thanks for decade years long experience in leading FMCG companies and his dedicated many years on CVS industry solid experience. Larry HE is good command on business run and strategies planning, and indeed has rich hands-on specifically on branding, market expansion, marketing push and pull, quality assurance& business risk management, media PR and Government liaison etc.

He has been graduated from Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1986 and afterwards he has been graduated from MBA of The University of Liverpool UK in 1999.
