David is based in Suzhou and is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Suzhou Jade Biomedical Co., Ltd. the world’s first Contract Quality Organization (CQO) focused on providing total global cGMP quality solutions inclusive of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control Testing, and oversight for design, build and C & Q efforts for Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutical clients. Additionally, he is currently the Co-Founder and President of Logistics First, a clinical storage and distribution company based in the San Francisco Bay Area currently and now under expansion into China as a joint venture with Jade Biomedical.  With greater than 20 years-experience in the industry he has held senior quality positions at ImClone Systems (Eli Lilly), Roche/Genentech, Cell Genesys, and head of quality for Bayer, JHL, and CMAB in support of clinical and commercial biotechnology therapeutic products distributed globally.  This experience spans products from Research & Development, Process Development, Clinical and Commercial therapeutic API’s and Products with global/regional logistic and cold chain requirements requiring cryogenic through ambient control.  He is actively involved in multiple projects in Asia/China to support the development, manufacture, and logistics of biologic, ATMP’s and CAT’s to support regional and global product distribution.
