Leanne Chen has led Supply Chain Asia-Pacific since 2018. She is responsible for designing and implementing broad supply chain processes e.g. Sales & Operation process, supply planning, inventory optimization for Adhesive Technologies. Before this Leanne was appointed to Head of Demand Planning and Trading Goods Asia-Pacific in 2013. Leanne has more than 15 years of experience in supply chain management.

Prior to Shanghai, Leanne based in Australia working for IBM GBS as Senior Supply Chain Consultant. And she holds a master’s in Applied Commerce and Diploma in Engineering.
