Logistics Director – LVMH Perfume & Cosmetics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd since Feb. 2009.  She graduated from Shanghai Foreign Language University and holds MBA degree from Tongji-ENPC joint MBA program.  She has over 25 years Logistics experience involving 3PL service (in DHL Solutions), fast moving consumer goods (P&G and Heineken); direct selling business (Mary Kay) and luxurious retailing business (LVMH Perfume & Cosmetics).

LVMH P&C started in house E-com operation Mar 2016 with Dior and Guerlain official website.  Now it has 10+ brand/platform operated in house and is planning to have more to be opened.

Pamela was nominated as the Supply Chain Professional of the year, Luxury/fashion in Supply Chain Asia Award 2013, in Hong Kong.

林女士自2009年2月起加入路威酩轩香水化妆品（上海）有限公司担任物流总监一职至今。她毕业于上海外国语大学英美语言文学专业，并在2000年获得上海同济大学与法国路桥大学合办的工商管理硕士。在她过往的超过25年的物流与供应链管理工作中，前后服务多家国际知名企业，包括美国宝洁、丹麦宝隆洋行、美国宝丽来一次成像、荷兰喜力啤酒、美国玫琳凯化妆品及法国路威酩轩集团。期初在丹麦宝隆洋行从事第三方物流服务，之后进入品牌公司担任物流和供应链部门负责人工作。所服务的企业涉足快速消费品及奢侈品行业。

路威酩轩香水化妆品公司于2016年3月开始在中国开展线上业务，目前已经有多个品牌在多个线上平台开展业务，并呈现良好的业绩增长。

林女士于2013年在香港获得供应链亚洲大奖，奢侈品和服装行业年度供应链专业人士奖项。
